Are you looking for an ISO certification? Labs like http://www.actlabs.com are ISO 17025 accredited and while I know a lot about the practical aspect of the operational side of it, we have a quality manager that is responsible for the paperwork, policies, etc. I’m not nearly qualified to advise on that and that part of it is much larger than the operational side that I control on a daily basis.

I would advise seeking counsel from the SCC (in Canada https://www.scc.ca/en/search/laboratories ) and they should be helpful in directing you to resources, but you might need to hire a consultant to help you through your initial accreditation process. Sadly, I don’t know where you would look for or contact a consultant. Perhaps the SCC would know?
