I am new in the field of mining and extractive metallurgy. I am looking into calculating/measuring total media wear inside semi-autogenous mills. From reading research papers, I came to know that primarily three wear mechanisms are in play namely: (a) Impact wear, (b) corrosive wear and (c) abrasive wear inside SAG mill. I am looking for comprehensive study on the wear mechanisms inside SAG mills. Looking forward to valuable feedback from experts and really appreciate any help.
