Good day everyone. Anyone with the belt cut test procedure. The test is used to check if the conveyor belt weightometers are still accurate. Did it once with my supervisor but I cant seem to remember it all. Anyone please?

Your question could refer to general belt scale testing or conducting a material check of a calibrated scale.

US National Institute of Standard and Technology has a good write-up at

https://www.nist.gov/system/files/documents/2016/09/13/epo14-belt-conv-scales-2015-temp_1.pdf

Siemens has a good write-up of a material check of a scale.

There are a few things to look at when assessing your belt scale.
- Environment & scale condition
- Scale installation location
- Belt scale parameters
