Hello everyone,

Is there someone who has an experience with different dust suppression reagents for the coarse ore stockpile area?

I know that Golden West supply some good products; however, I would like to know more about other suppliers and their relative pros and cons if possible.

Thanks!

Is this a base metal flotation or gold leaching plant?

It is a gold leaching plant.

OK - I can't comment. I do know that if you were a flotation plant, you should stay away from those chemicals. They always do affect flotation chemistry - no matter what the salesman says.

The best way I found to eliminate most of the coarse stockpile dust is to keep it full! Minimize the drop = Minimize the dust.

Surprisingly, a good choice is a lignin-based suppressant.  Has been used for dust suppression on haul roads and for stockpiles.  Also may help in leaching.
