Dear colleagues
Before my company faced an interesting challenge to design a mobile unit for gold leaching. The set includes: car an agitator for leaching pulp, filter press, a container of water and carbon column. Also auxiliary equipment, pumps, hoses and others.
Is there any example of the data proetov in the world? maybe someone can help with this? the project is at an early stage. Laboratory tests conducted by leaching. The planned capacity of 30 tons per day. Your opinion?

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by 'data proetov'.  'Proetov' seems like a Russian or other slavic word.  Understanding what this word means is key to your whole inquiry.  Can you define it in English?

If we talk about the ore, the gold recovery in 10 hours leaching is 85-90%, the original content of about 3 g/t, this amalgamation tails. The reagent used in the leaching - Gold IX SP 570. The main problem is that these tails are located in different locations several tons. We are looking for a way that would allow them to process mobile. For example Mobile leaching and sorption. Also, we need a filter, since there is a problem with fresh water.
We are looking for an example of such projects in the world or idea how to organize this process. Maybe we should consider the option of permanent installation. Tails planning process in one or two tanks, that is a periodic job, so it is not possible to organize the CIP process.
