It mostly depends on transportation costs and impurities. Look for copper leaching operations in your vicinity and contact them.

Does AMD produced by copper mines contain sulphuric acid? Sulfuric acid is the contributing acid to all AMD regardless of commodity. The concentration (AMD is diluted) and purity is the problem to using AMD directly as a sulfuric acid source. However, if that's no concern as it is in Cu heap leach you can re-circulate to build up the concentration without the need to purchase acid from an external source.
