Hi met community how you doing? i hope all will be fine. Now my question or the thing that i want help is about the problems occurring in the thickener last night when i was on duty on the thickener, the thickener overflow was become dirty and it was continue for 3 hours this is because we changed the feed  to low grade of 0.8 g/t and our foreman putting additional flocculant on the top of thickener, even if  this effort cleared the overflow but also created a high torque on the rake of up to 1.6 and as i realized later, the foreman also changed the quantity of lime pumped from 4tone to 5tone to mill.So please how do you see this right? or any consequences on the down stream process or what about the use of coagulants as alternative instead increasing the lime by one tone. Thanks very much and your help will be much appreciated!

Regards

Fazi
