3 TPH Mini Gold Wash Plant

3 TPH Mini Gold Wash Plant

The BIG-BANKER is commonly used as a Mini Gold Wash Plant in a class all its own. It was originally designed for some of our overseas clients who required something with greater capacity than what the 3″ combo had to offer, while still maintaining true portability. We developed this Mini Gold Wash Plant over ten years ago, and have steadily improved upon the design ever since. While we’ve sold many Big-Bankers in the U.S.A. during this time, it was still considered an insider secret until now. Equally suited to being fed by hand, or by small excavator bucket, the Big-Banker is capable of processing an impressive amount of gravel.usa manufacturer

The large, thick hopper provides ample volume for easy feeding, and the 2″ spray manifold is equipped with over 220 spray holes. The grizzly is very robust. It classifies to 1/2″ minus, and is removable to aid in inspection and cleanup. We place a V-rib lined aluminum tray under the grizzley for quick visual identification of values. The sluice box measures 20″ x 72″ and is equipped with a large lift out riffle section over Nomad matting. This Mini Gold Wash Plant unit is bolted to a very strong stand which has a pocket style receiver on one end and turf tires on the other, for those wishing to tow it behind a 4-wheeler, small pickup, etc.

Affordably priced and weighing in under 300 pounds, the Big-Banker is an attractive alternative to a trailer mounted wash-plant, with superior portability.

We rate this Mini Gold Wash Plant at between 5 and 6 cubic yards per hour. It varies a bit, depending upon how much clay is mixed with the gravel.

This Mini Wash Plant is a contraption that allows you to work on the banks of a creek or river, rather than in the stream. Where dredges have pontoons and float a sluice that they feed with suction, a highbanker usually works with the pump down at the water, delivering suction to a hole to pull material up to a two-decked sluice. Many times you’ll be required to get a permit to run a highbanker, but you can move a lot of material so it might be worth it.
