Hello how can I depress copper ore to maximize gold recovery? I want to construct research please I need your help

Gold behaves or floats like copper. Depressing gold, if it is free gold, is a non-starter. If that gold is associated with pyrite OK you could try depress with lime/cyanide. Depressing copper from free gold is also a no-go. 

Why do you want to separate gold-copper?  Is the a copper oxide? Copper sulfide? What is the story? Is this a real operation of just a dream?

Good! Please give us as little information as possible, in as many pieces & bits as possible. Anyway, you can try to gravity out the gold. Have fun in your research. I hope you publish a paper so we can all learn how you did it... at a profit.

My intention is to treat copper from gold at maximum level with low cost. so what chemical and method should i use? please i need your help even document if possible

What is your ore? Gold ore or copper ore? If you are treating copper ore and the amount of gold associated is in small quantities, do treat your copper using sulphuric acid leaching (gold will not leach) and then thereafter neutralize your slurry to conduct cyanidation process (If the gold is in ultrafine particles or cannot be seen with a naked eye). If your ore has gold nuggets, then recover that gold using gravity concentration mechanisms (e.g Knelson concentatror / Falcon concentrator) depending on the particle size.

I have woked on gold leaching, ammonium thiosulfate are you using? conduct experiments with/without O2/air will you get some data.
