How can i produce desired grades in copper concentrate of 24%TCu and 10 %TZn when floating the mixed sulphide vocanic sedimentary material? with the zinc concentrate circuit the results are attainable, but we seem to produce the bulk concentrate on the copper circuit with grades of 10 %TCu and about 25 to 30 %TZn and not copper concentrate. what reagents can be used apart from PAX, Betacol,zinc sulphate, copper sulphate, lime and cyanide.

Do you have any oxide copper in feed?

What feed grind size are you working with?

Any regrind; to what size?

What reagent dosages are you using now?

What pHs are you working with?
