I am looking for an app that works as GIS software , in which I can plot geochemical data set, drill collars , raster and vector maps etc. and would like to use these with GPS data at field.

you might want to look into using FieldMove (IOS compatible) by Midland Valley or one of there associated products, I'm not sure if they still offer FieldMove though. Have you tried goggling this? depending on costs etc.

Oruxmaps is one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.orux.oruxmaps&hl=en

QGIS on a windows tablet with GPS is fantastic https://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html

Vulcan Software runs great on a windows based tablet. There are some great drawing tools for a stylus too. I can give you more details if you're interested. http://www.maptek.com/products/vulcan/

Yes, QGIS is a really good GIS system. It is also cross platform, so you can use it on your Windows PC as well.

Vulcan is not user friendly program on computer, so I really wonder how it runs on tablets. will you send some details or brochures on this. thanks a lot.

Hi pbEncom discover mobile works directly with desktop mapinfo and discover and runs on windows mobile devices with GPS. Does everything a field geologist wants, mostly loaded on ruggedised pda/s but it should work on a windows phone - battery life would suck though with gps on. https://www.pitneybowes.com/pbencom/products/location-intelligence-and-gis/encom-discover-3d.html
