I have assighned to design a Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant based on Hematite Ore in India of 10 Mtpa. The facilities for Plant will start from receiving of tertiary crushed material in Plant. Plant facility will consist of Sizing screen, Scrubber, Jig for ( -30+6mm & -6+1mm) separately, Spiral concentrator ( -1 + 0.15mm) , desliming of (-0.15mm) then Wet high intensity magnetic separation of deslimed material. Reject generated from Jigs and spiral concentartor will be crushed , followed by desliming and magnetic separation. Filter press and Thickener for water removal from product of WHIMS.
ROM Fe= 61%
Target Fe= 65%
My question is what will be the tentative area required for installation of such a Plant of capacity 10 Mtpa Product.
