Which would be the best software to do a simulation of a spiral concentration circuit together with the material balances?

I would start by doing the material balance in a spreadsheet such as excel.  The simulation and modelling can be done there also.  see:  SDM Process Sim at http://www.smartdogmining.com/software/default.html

You can use USIMPAC 3.2 for spiral simulation which is based on the work of H. Fournol, 1974 but, it needs extensive sink and float data from spiral circuit or experiments you may conduct. You can also use it for flowsheet mass balance.
