We have a placer gold mine in the remote area, the grade is 0.3 ppm and the reserve is 30 million tons. We do not have water and maximum recovery with Knelson is around 40%, can anyone help for processing?

You may have a higher probability of obtaining answers by posting your question in the Mineral Processing or the Mineral Processing Innovation groups.

Can you clarify "we do not have water" given that the recoverability with the Knelson technology (which requires water) was investigated?

No water, no mine.

If there is sufficient recoverable gold, and some rain once in a while, one could be creative and courageous: making a pond to capture rain water and thickening tailings to allow reuse of as much water as possible might do it. This will not, however, be the typical placer gold operation.

The rainfall in this area is 100 mm per year and we cannot make any pond to reserve the water.

My team can help. We are skilled at difficult and different problems. If you do not have water, then the last piece of equipment you should be looking to use is a Knelson.
