Currently my SAG mill load cells aren't working so the quest is how to run the mill with only power draw indication. Assistance will be much appreciated.

indeed you can run your mills with only the power draw. u have always known the optimum power limit of your mills en thus u that, as the power increases or decreases u will know your limit thus u decide to grind out or feed the mills. currently that's how we are operating as well

Use the bearing pressure. Not as good as load cells, but still can give an indication of charge mass.

Normally discharge end trunnion lub pressure has really good correlation with mill weight(load cell reading), we used to to use the reading to confirm the reading at commissioning.
