I have ball mill which operates on gear motor. i want to to maintain 0 degree inside temperate inside and there is 68% alumina lining inside mill. ball mill rpm is 35. how can i make 0 degree temperature inside mill?

Can you grind with any additives like dry ice? CO2 will sublimate after grinding. Or...

I would build a small insulated box around mill and refrigerate it with AC. Use an old freezer and put whole thing in there...
