Is there a table/explanation/diagram or similar that exists online that explains in a simple format, how to interpret a graph/trend of power draw/KW/load. eg. what the trend/graph would look like if a ball mill has too much or not enough water, or if the load is too rocky, etc? And what would be the possible solutions, I'm trying to put together something for new mill processing operators with little or no experience on a gold mine. The system being used is Citec but the action would apply the same with any other computer driven system.

Thanks.

Short answer is no, the topic is way too complex and site-specific to fit neatly on a single table.  To give one example, declining power can mean that your mill is emptying and you need to increase tonnage or declining power can mean that the mill is overloaded and you need to decrease tonnage.

Your best bet is taking a full-on training course such as those (en español) at this link:

Thanks fellas for the quick replies. And thanks Paul. This link was something like what I was looking for. Simple for a new/inexperienced person and easy to explain in a non-technical way. https://www.911metallurgist.com/blog/how-to-operate-grinding-circuit

The youtube videos look helpful too. Thanks David.

All up a good starting point.
