We are making silica  flour in ball mill but production coming too much down because the main blower amperage downs from 50 ampere to 30 amp after giving feed material. I also checked the classifier, main blower motor, filter but still did'nt find the problem. please guide me

Have you closed off a duct? Amperage goes down as resistance to airflow increases. It is like free spinning.

Is it possible the material you are feeding would block/restrict the airflow intake to your blower?
