Am looking for the most or best Wear Resistant Mill Liners and manufacturers. Please could you advise what your recommendations for the best possible liners to use in an Iron Ore application and please share what %Mn was used including the % Cr if used and also any other Alloying and special treatments that was used including the % for each. Please also state what the material properties where i.e WI, AI, UCS, BD and SG where including the Clay Content etc? I am wanting to get the best possible wear life out of them.

Try Bradken for cast - just as a start, there are many great companies that do this. Bradken are just the largest. Rubber and poly-met are also alternatives - take a good look around and talk to as many makers as you can.

For rubber, you try http://www.poly-corp.com and http://www.tegaindustries.com/
For rubber and Poly-Met http://www.metso.com/services/mill-linings-and-trommels/polymet-mill-linings/

Also in steel liners for ball mills, SAG or AG mills and rod mills AND crushers http://www.me-elecmetal.com/en/productos-8-grinding-mill-liners.html
