My plant has a pulverise machine (3-5t/h). It's like as VSI machine. Are there any methods to select suitable input particle size to increase the percentage of yield without increasing the RPM of rotor? Because, when check the samples of pulverise output, there will be less amount of product (20%). when increasing the RPM powder proportion will increase.

The losses are associated with dry powder that leaves to the environment. The key to better control these losses is moisture. The fine thread of balance. Not so wet as to not spray and / or block equipment, nor so dry to lose valuable product with dry powder. This is achieved with a fine spray of water on the feed belt. The heat inside the equipment produces vapors that decrease the losses in dry powder.

Dear Mr. Jorge.
My plant is fully sealed plant.Samples of dust collectors are regularly checking. So, I haven't notices any large particles in the dust collectors. So, do you have any idea...?
