Depends: are you referring to a ball mill or a SAG mill?

A  forged steel ball will have an end-of-life shape different from a cast in mold ball. 

Yes, Impact, attrition, corrosion and chipping all affect ball wear and shapes.

What is the problem anyway? Do you have a photo of what you call problem?

Can you stop car tires from deforming and wearing out? Can you stop mill liners from deforming as they wear out?

Hi,The photos are wear out. The mine said they would like to keep the ball's roundness, so the costs will be less.

Do you know some methods on improving this?

What is the original ball size, 130 mm?  Who is your supplier?  This is a photo a what? What are all those balls located?

+ Did you actually read the 3 PDF I gave you?
