Does anyone have experience with leaching tin (cassiterite) from complex ores?  Any advise or referrals will be appreciated.

Hello Tumurchin, I do not think leaching tin out of cassiterite or complex ores is possible. I think you can do Alkali leaching of tin slag but not cassiterite. Tin oxide does not get chlorinated to any noticeable extent either. Smelting is what will get you tin.
