I am trying to source data on the conductivity of copper electrowinning electrolytes: Cu 30 - 50 g/L, H2SO4 150 - 180 g/L & 50 Celsius.

Why?  The baseline EW parameters apply to almost all copper solutions unless there is significant iron or other impurities in it.
