What would be the best way to recover gold from gold bearing gold stripper solution?

Assuming you are referring to CN-/caustic strip solutions: a) Electrowinning & b) Cementation w/Zn or Al dust are likely the most used commercial methods. If you have soluble Hg in the strip solution, contact a subject matter EXPERT before you proceed!

If your solution is fairly clean and free of solids then Electrowinning is the preferred method to recover the Gold.

Zn and Al dust have increased operating costs long term.

Do you have a detailed assay on your "typical" stripper solution? Also, what GPM volume of solution are you dealing with?
