How are you colleagues.I have just commisioned and set up a new gold plant combining CIP and CIL for gold recovery.i want to implement a system/s that must be implemented and followed to achieve best practices and results.What suggestions or advice can you give me to make my process and staff effective and successful.What must i introduce to optimise the process
