Our plant is gold processing plant contains a ball mill and knelson gravity concentrator , pre-leach thickener .CIL, CCD. For time being our gravity concentrator is not working.

. 1. which is more precise the ball mill feed or leach feed (pre-leach thickener underflow)as a plant feed grade?

 2. How can we account the CCD reclaimed solution gold?

Hi, leach feed (pre-leach thickener underflow) is your best sample as a plant feed grade.

About your questions, I can say that the ball mill fresh feed should be considered to determine gold feed grade to the leaching process. If you want to evaluate the CCD circuit, you should take samples from the overflow and underflow of the thickeners to prepare a mass balance.

According to your description, your operation includes CIL and CCD circuits. One of them is the main gold recovery circuit. I believe you should evaluate both to determine the gold extraction distribution. Also, don't forget that the gold dissolution starts in the grinding circuit.
