Hi i would like to ask about which material should i use for this application is it better Titanium or can I go with 17-4 PH

You likely don't need Ti, that is overkill and difficult to work with.  Would suggest 316L or a duplex stainless like Ferralium. 17-4 PH is similar to 304 and not the best for hot corrosive environments.  I assume that this is all at atmospheric pressure?
