Does anyone know of a hydrometallurgical method for the recovery of gold from wood chip ash as well as from loaded carbon fines?

Thx

Try direct smelting although it might cost a bit. There is a process of transferring gold from fine carbon to higher coarse carbon that can be elites. There is also microwave technology but both might be cumbersome.

There is reccomendation to direct ash in the one of the leaching tank of CIP facility. So If you want to treat it separately, you also could use a cyanidation in small scale.

Here is some information: https://www.kcareno.com/kca-carbon-converter
