Hello, All

I can't find optimal solid / liquid ratio for processes intensive gold cyanidation at Consep Acacia unit, Gekko Inline Leach Reactor and Sepro Leach Reactor.

Where I can find this information?

May be somebody know this information.

Intensive cyanidation is practiced on gravity and flotation concentrates. The typical parameters are listed below,

  • Percent solids, 20-25% w/w
  • NaCN strength, 5% w/w
  • NaCN addition, 4 to 6 kg/t
  • pH, 12.0 -12.5
  • Leaching time, 24-36 hours.

Sometimes, during the testing program is evaluated the effect of lead nitrate on gold and silver extraction.
