how can the ore described below be pre treated in order to achieve high gold recovery using VAT leaching plant?

arsenic 9382ppm,sulfur 42679.67ppm and gold 6.26ppm

Step 1: Run some leach tests.

Step 2: Scale up the testing.

Step 1 is always lab testing!!!!  This ore may or may not need pretreatment but leach tests will tell you.  Pressure oxidation, biological oxidation etc will follow once you know the baseline leach results.
