Can anyone suggest on what would be the best process in extraction of Copper Oxide Ore?

Reserve 150,000,000T of ore

Life of Mine = 15 years

Head Grade 0.8%

Mineralogy = Malachite and Cuprite

Look around http://www.katangamining.com/~/media/Files/K/Katanga-mining-v2/operations/reportsoperational/technical-reports/KatangaTechnicalReportMar30-12.pdf

and page 115.

"Milled oxide ore is subjected to a 3 phase flotation process, namely roughing, scavenging and cleaning.
Reagent addition in the oxide flotation section is more complex than in the sulphide flotation section: namely a collector, potassium normal butyl xanthate (PNBX), a dispersant (Na2SiO3 - water glass), a sulphidiser (NaHS), a frother (G41) and a blend of fatty acid collectors (Rinkalore). Copper recovery in the oxide circuit is consistent with industry standards. Final oxide concentrate is pumped via pipelines to the Refinery."

Leaching using sulphuric acid, followed by CCD (counter current decantation), solvent extraction and electrowinning will do.

Leaching-Solvent Extraction-Stripping-Electowinning(L-SX-EW) will be a good way for this kind low grade copper oxide.

But you should pay attention to the composition of your ore, the impurities after leaching in PLS would affect the following stages.
