I have a problem of data reconciliation between process plant feed head grade and blend head grade provided by the grade control geologist. Has big difference.

Mulu, you are being very generic.  Give us some details on your situation. Plant size, process, metals, current sample points/methods.

Gold Process Plant, Cyanide Leaching process 2000 tons per day ,sample points Ball mill feed from conveyor belt, and CIL tail .

How do you track/account for the gold produced? Do you sell the loaded carbon of strip to bullion? How often do you sample?

Mulu, read this on Gold Mill Sampling and Metallurgical Balance

+ Gold extraction is calculated by dividing the ounces of Au extracted (equation shown above) by the total ounces of Au going into the plant [(Head assay x Dry ore tonnage) + (Reclaim solution assay x Reclaim solution tonnage)].

This is the only balance made on a daily basis. Weekly or semimonthly balances are not performed.

The monthly balance is an accounting of gold produced that month, and includes a gold inventory throughout the plant. This inventory includes the gold content in the grinding circuit, thickening, leach and CIP tanks, adsorption columns, any loaded carbon, and the refinery.

Mass flow measurement is only at ball mill feed .We have daily, weekly and monthly basis balance accounting of gold produced. Monthly report includes closing gold in circuit and reconciled feed head grade.
