How can we extract Fe from a pyrite magnetite ore having this characteristics? All I can think is magnetic separation but I guess its wrong because I need Fe concentrate. Using that separation, maybe its inefficient. Please help

Ian, you could use magnetic separation as 80% of the Fe is Magnetite. If you wanted to increase recovery, flotation could be added to extract pyrite out. I would then combine the two concentrates and subject it to roasting so as to ensure you have Fe oxides only. The Fe oxides concentrate pellets could be treated in conventional ways (pelletize and sell or reduce using DRI technology).
