Mr. Dikil

First, u tell the percentage of Dolomite report in 50 mm, 30 mm and 200 micron.

Make a size wise chemical analysis, u will able to know about how much % of CaCO3 and SiO2 presence in the sample. Then only we can know the liberation size and selection of appropriate equipment.

I suggest you do the following:

1- Characterize the feed (input) size by F80

F80 is the 80% passing size of the circuit feed. (Dimension that lets pass 80 % of the particles)

2- Characterize the product (output) size by P80

P80 is the 80% passing size of the circuit product.

3- In case you need more than one product, detail the product sizes in the same way.

4- Test your dolomite to have the Bond Work Index and the Specific Gravity. Compare your results with the following dolomite literature values:
*Bond Work Index = 12.5 Kwh/ metric ton
*Specific Gravity: 2.74

5- Remember: the more you give the information and the details, the more it will be easy to receive the inputs from the audience.

Hi Dikil

Your run of mine (feed into the circuit), is it 100% -50mm?
Also, what are the envelope sizes of the products you want?

Regards

Max
