Can somebody give me a link of standards regarding sample tools for a coal plant?

I was just tracking back through the group's questions and found this one had not been answered. There is an Australian Standard for Coke and Coal sampling available AS 4264.1 which you can purchase on line. I did quick search and found a number of vendors of equipment and though I can't vouch for the correctness of the offerings. I understand that on-line analyzers are also in use for commercial transactions these days - perhaps a coal expert in the group can offer better advice.

This is the realm of Jan Visman (1914 – 2006) - one of the historic figures in sampling theory - and ASTM Committee D.05 on Coal and Coke. He was also in the Statistics Committee (E.11) of ASTM. For example, try ASTM D 2234 Standard Practical.

I would start with ASTM D7430 and ISO 13909.
