I am looking for ball clay washing process (industrial).is there any company or person support me for engineering, design and running?

Before suggesting any process, I would like know to characteristics of ball clay. Washing scheme should include extrusion in noodle product? Product is target for tile application or sanitary ware?

You can slurry the clay. Screen the + 1mm grid out then pass through a Hydro Cyclone where you take the fine and pure clay from the overflow to a filter press to de-water before drying.

This product is used for sanitary ware industry mainly. We have no decision for noodle product, but it can be as an option in future.
