First off, those are not spectra. Better call them XRD traces or patterns that have peaks. Then, it would be helpful to know what material you are examining. Without that I will be making wild guesse...

Ian, you could use magnetic separation as 80% of the Fe is Magnetite. If you wanted to increase recovery, flotation could be added to extract pyrite out. I would then combine the two concentrates and ...
