I am not a metallurgist, but a miner owning a small claim with high grade copper ores, 20%-40% with an average 35% iron content. I don't have the capital to buy expensive smelting equipment and would like to start by doing small 100kg batches in a  cupola. I've read as much as  I can but still can't find the information on the exact fluxes to use and the charge ratios or weights. May someone pls provide that data. I've never done it before and only know I need to attain a temperature of 1300C over a 6 hour period.

Looking forward to all your valuable input
