I have a pregnant solution with grade 4 ppm.

we send big amount of pregnant solution to activated carbon ,when we burn carbon and melt the ash we didn’t get gold ?

can I get some help to solve this problem?

i think you should do some carbon activity analysis to know whether the carbons are still able to hold some.

there is also another option of using ion exchange if the problem is still there, i think use of resins will do.
