The patented RP-4 is designed for separation of heavy mineral and gemstone concentrate. The RP-4 table can process up to 600 (typically 400) lbs. per hour of black sand magnetite or pulverised rock with little to no losses. The RP-4 uses a unique reverse polarity of rare earth magnets, which will cause the magnetite to rise and be washed off into the tails. This allows the micron gold to be released from the magnetite, letting the gold travelling to the catch. The RP-4 is compact and weighs 60 lbs. The perfect small miner shaker table measures in at 36" x 60" (3' x 5') or 15 square feet of tabling area. Its all carbon steel frame holds on 3 legs at some 3' from the ground. The table's deck is made with a CNC machined 3/8" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) laminated on a 16 gauge steel bed. The table has 5" wide concentrate troughs also made of thick 16 gauge steel. The troughs are commonly used as: 2 high grade concentrate, 1 middlings and 1 tailings outlet. This 911MPELY1050 laboratory (gold) shaker table has its inner deck made of aluminium alloy, it concentrate/tailing launder manufactured in stainless steel, and its strong shaker table stand if middle steel. This shaker's deck is 1.1 m long X 50 cm wide. It weighs in at 150 Kg (330 lbs). Its head motion mechanism emulates Wilfley's bumping motion. The shaker table' stroke can be adjust between 9 and 17 mm (3/8" and 5/8") at a shaking frequency of 280 to 460 cycles/minutes. Select between a SAND or SLIMES Deck for your table. First 90% of all people using concentrating tables use the sand deck. The sand deck is efficient in separating high density from low density material (with a difference of 1 SG unit), in the particle size range ranging from 10 mesh to 150 mesh. Slimes decks are used for particles in the 150 to 325 mesh range. A common observation made by those using the slime deck; the surface tension of water interferes with recovery in this particle size range. This is probably why 90% of people using the tables use the sand deck, also.
The Duplex Mineral Jig Machine belongs to gravity concentrating device that separates material based on differing densities of the material. The Jig is widely used in concentration of heavy minerals such as tin, gold, tungsten, manganese and barite. The 911MGTK-XCT Laboratory Mineral Jig Machine is an ideal instrument for research of beneficiation of ferrous metal and nonferrous metal. Laboratories or small tonnage producers can select from either a 4" x 6" or a larger 12" x 18" and start jigging now! Larger jig concentrators for up to 10 Ton/hours are also available. The Duplex jig was designed in the first place as a unit cell working in the closed circuit of a ball mill. It can take a long-ranged feed, and involves but little loss of height between mill discharge and delivery of its tailing discharge to the classifier. The rotary valve c can be adjusted so as to open during the required portion of the jigging cycle, thus admitting hydraulic water in phase either with the suction or the pulsion stroke, which is applied by means of a flexible diaphragm a. This modification in jig design has led to increasing applications of the machine, which can be adjusted so as to produce fairly sharp separation of material down to coarse sand sizes. Duplex jigs embodying this phased control of the hydraulic water are now used outside the closed circuit, one important application being in the "roughing" of diamond gravels. By suitable adjustment of the rotary water-valve any desired variation can be arranged, from complete neutralisation of the suction stroke with hydraulic water to a full balance between suction and pulsion. Rapid separation of mineral grains for mineralogists, metallurgists and mill operators. The 911C800 Laboratory Mineral Separator is a valuable tool for metallurgists, mineralogists and mill operators. It quickly and efficiently separates mineral grains of close specific gravity. The Superpanner is a Mechanism invented by Professor H. T. Haultain which simulates rocking,bumping, and sluicing action used in panning, and gives precise information as to possibility of gravity treatment of sands. Used in rapid assays and as a research aid. Tabling tests can begin with individual treatment of each size from about 50 mesh down to, say, 20um on a Haultain superpanner. If material can be concentrated by gravity methods (tabling, vanning, and spiralling included), it can be concentrated on a superpanner. If this instrument fails, no commercial method will succeed on fine sizes. The super-panner is a miniature shaking table into which are built most, if not all, of the motions used in panning. A sample of a few grams can be tested, or some hundreds of grams can be worked in successive additions and particle removals. There is, in fact, no great virtue in using more than a light charge when testing for a gravity process, but bigger quantities are treated when search is being made for particles of heavy minerals only present in very small amounts. The advantage to the microscopist of being able to examine a sample of, say, half a gram which should contain all the heavier minerals from a total of half a kilogram are obvious. Any desired texture of decking can be used on the superpanner, linoleum and stainless steel being sufficient for most work. Adjustments are for side and end shake. slope, bump, stroke length and speed, and sluicing water. A most effective instrument and it has always been a puzzle to me that it is not been universally used by millmen.
The Falcon L40 enhanced gravity concentrator has a bowl diameter of 4” and is specifically designed for laboratory test-work on small ore samples. The 911MPEC900 Laboratory or Pilot plant multi-gravity separator (MGS) is a compact and mobile unit suitable for laboratory or on-site pilot plant investigation into the continuous separation of minerals of different specific gravities in liquid suspension. It is able to separate two minerals from each other or separate a group of heavy minerals from lighter "gangue" material, provided that there is a reasonable difference in specific gravities. The MGS is suitable for the treatment of fines and ultrafines with a maximum particle size of approximately 150µm (0 .15mm) and lower limit of approximately 5µm (0.005mm).
