Mixing Jaw Liner Profiles (3 replies)

Dear Members

can you please give any thoughts to mixing jaw liners with two types of profiles.

we have a Svedala Jaw Master 1208HD crusher with a grizzly feeder our CCS is app125 /130mm crushing Basalt rock. We ordered new liner through another supplier but the profile is different as you can see by photos attached we cannot wait 20 weeks for correct liner to come. Do you see any problems as we do not go any lower with our ccs

Hi Muzza, do you have the other profile image for us to see? PS: I do not think the different profile will have a 'significant' impact. What matters now, is that you keep crushing. Let' see the other liner profile to compare, just in case...
