hi everyone my concern is like that :

  • I am working in a copper concentrator using HPGR for finding Ball mill we are facing with rolls working pressures dropping itself. For becoming normal we are restarting it and affecting the running time so the daily target is also affected,  can you have any solution about it ?

Most newer roll crushers control the roll set using a hydraulic system  (Older, like 40-50+ yearss ago it was controlled mechanically by setting the space between rolls.)  This means you have a hydraulic pump, control valves, and a pressure sensor (somes times several one for each end of a roll crusher).  Any one of these failing can cause your issue.  If it clears once you shut it down and restart you have an intermittent failure of one or more of these, or even possilbe a loose wire cannecting them.  Until it fails permanently you are faced with a time consuming effort to check each one, often replacing components to see if they are the problem.

So step 1, check for loose wires and I mean every connection.  Step 2, replace the pressure sensor(s).  Step 3, replace the control valve(s).  Step 4, replace the hyrulic pump unit(s).

Or wait for it to fail permanently.
