Hello,

I want to ask about the design of ore washing plant.

Did anyone have a reference about manganese or ore washing plant.

Thank you.

Hi Rob.Earth - apa kapar abang - saya tinggal di Jakarta, dan istri saya orang Indonesia.

There are many people on this board that can help you, but we need to know a bit more about your project.  Do you have any information on mineralogy (i.e. what form is the manganese in?, what other minerals are present?).  If you have manganese oxide, then we could look at a gravity separation, depending on what other minerals are present.  I have a lot of experience in this area and would be happy to help you, but you need to share more information with us.

Best Regards

Andrew

Halo Bang, saya di NTT bang.
We have manganese oxide. The minerals formed in ofiolite complex. The other mineral are limonite, some scaly clay and flint. Yes we did some gravity separation, but the tailing (clay) still got a high presence of manganese oxide.

The process will depend on the mineralogy and depending on whether ore is siliceous or feruginous process may be gravity or magnetic separation  or combination . It is advisable to get mineralogy and lab scale beneficiation studies to select the process.

Have you searched this website, e.g., manganese oxide flowsheets, and reviewed that content? It will provide basis for asking questions, developing understanding and providing a solid base of information such as requested above?
