Hi, I want to know if anyone have utilised the Intelligent Bolts (iBolt ) in any of their mining operations for the condition monitoring of their sag or ball liners?

The ibolts monitors the wear of the liners. I am trying to look for case studies online but have not seen any to know its efficacy or know if its a worthwhile investment

I would never entrust such an important measurement to an "Intelligent Bolts" - NO.

Just like 'smart phones' make the user dumber. 

Imagine you trust your Intelligent Bolts and walk into a SAG mill with an over-worn cracked shell.  Way to get a promotion!
