Dear All

We recently changed from a steel wave liner to a rubber liner with lifter in our ball mill. We have noticed an increase in the amount of scats. Are there any considerations that we need to take into account with the change in liner, such as the design of the trummel screen?

New rubber liners = initial increased lift = increased ball breakage
