Hello everybody.

Does anyone have ideas about formation of lumps in the copper heap leaching?

agree that request is unclear. are you asking how to perform agglomeration or about agglomerates that form during leaching

We have a copper heap. After 2 month leaching there were found agglomerates in the heap that we do not what problem is.

Before the question can be answered you need to investigate the nature of the cementing substance that is causing the agglomeration. This may be gypsum if you are using sulfuric acid and the ore has much calcite/dolomite. I suggest you have the lumps examined by a process mineralogist.

I should say that tuff is the main gangue of the deposit. So you think that agglomeration can be made by tuff?

These are two pictures of two copper heap leaching. All the circumstance in both heaps are the same but as can be seen in the right picture, They have been made agglomerations in the right heap while there is no one in the left side. What is the problem?
