Gold leaching in circuit with fine ore from leaching concentrate P(90) in 400# (No replies)

Good morning.

I am currently working on a project with extremely fine ore, which comes from flotation concentrate. Feed content around 20-50g/t gold, with average tank coal concentration of 100-120mL/L. There is a concentration of around 2-3% of total Carbon in the ore, and the TOC (organic) we will be analyzing next month.

The TK-01 cyanide concentration is 1000mg/L and in the last tank 150mg/L with a residence time of about 48h.

We will test the use of peroxide (low concentration) as a way to oxidize sulfides. Calcination would be ideal to avoid any traces of organic carbon that could damage the circuit due to the high PRI, however there is a high added value in the project. We will also test the adoption of a higher coal concentration in the initial tanks (today it is the same coal concentration in all tanks).

Any additional suggestions for testing, as we have recovery between 60-80% per month and I believe it will improve to 80-90%. Working with very fine ore and with the possibility of PRI.

Thanks.
