is it possible to use nitric and pechloric acid for soil and carbon digestion instead of using aqua regia?

perchloric acid is extremely dangerous and highly unstable when subjected to heat. it can even detonate upon contact with the substances you will aim to liberate Au from. The hazards are worthy of consideration. Thank you.

NO! It has no place in refining!

The material can be very, very dangerous with organics and most transition metals.
