I need to use my eluate after elution more than once, currently I drain this solution because I think that it is dirty and I prepare another one for the next elution;what parameters of this eluate should i check before use it for a second or third elution.thanks

Re using eluate is not preferred choice as it might be fouled with other elements that could slow down the speed of elution, however you can check the alkalinity and the ethanol level if you are using ethanol.

I am using hot caustic soda between 2-2.5% , what foulants are the most bad for my elution speed ?what quantity?

The only way to find out what effect re-use of your eluate has is to actually re-use it several times and see what effect it has on stripping times and final gold on carbon level.

Make sure that the cyanide and caustic levels are maintained for each strip.

The above will be true only if the carbon is representative of similar batches of ore, doesn't work on a toll strip plant where each batch of carbon comes from a different ore type.
