I need some input on design-engineering & ultimately EPCM US (overseas will work) based entities who have experience building up-to 50,000-mtpy spent catalyst recycling plants...both base (Mo, W, Ni, Co, V) & precious metal (Pt, Pd) spent catalyst expertise preferable.
A combination of pyrometallurgy (roaster & arc furnace smelting technology) & hydrometallurgy (leaching, filtration, crystallization, precipitation, SX, drying, calcination etc) experience preferred.
